We are here to help. In order for us to be able to meet our customer’s expectations we try and follow the same routine for all our courses and it is important that you are being kept informed of our course enrolment procedures.
All our courses are provided on the first come first served basis. The only way to secure a place on any of our courses is by making payment either by telephone, BACS – bank transfer or directly and securely on our website via debit or credit card or PayPal connection.
Please note that under the GDPR regulations we must make you aware that we must share your personal data with the awarding body issuing the accredited certificate of the course/s that you are booked on and that we are legally obliged to securely store your data for 3 years after which we delete or safely dispose of any details stored.
Please read the course enrolment steps as this is the way how all the course applications are being dealt with.
1a. once payment is made; we will email within 30 minutes – 1 hour the secure place confirmation on your chosen course, as well as any relevant course book or course materials.
Please give us a 48h notice if unable to attend and we are happy to reschedule you on our next available date for your chosen course, provided the course fee was made in advance.
If you cancel on the date of the course that you have paid for, we are unable to reschedule and we cannot refund your fee or reschedule, due to course costs and bookings already allowed for.
We are not able to issue refunds for our courses, unless for exceptional circumstances, however if we have enough notice, we can re-book/reschedule you for next available dates for the chosen course(s). If this is not possible within 6 months you may choose to use the funds for any other course that we have available within 12 months of payment made toward your initial chosen course.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any of our courses if there is a matter of health and safety that may prevent the course from taking place.
